Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping:
Via DHL or FedEx (Shipping fee: €12.95)
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping:
Via EMS (Free for orders over €50)
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired purchase from Zapaka. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our 1920s-1960s collection pieces.
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange, as effortless as removing a 1920s headband.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Include the original packaging, as carefully preserved as our wedding dress packaging
- Include the delivery note or invoice, as essential as the perfect accessory to complete an outfit
Non-Returnable Items
In keeping with our commitment to hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- ACCESSOIRES ET BIJOUX (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessoires de mariage (customized or fragile wedding accessories)
- Escarpins portés (worn pumps for obvious hygiene reasons)
Note: Sale or promotional items are subject to the same conditions as full-price items.
Return Process
Our return process is as smooth as the silk of a 1950s dress:

- Wait for our confirmation and Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Carefully package your item with the same delicacy we use when preparing your orders

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked service, with the same prudence we recommend a petticoat for some of our dresses.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (with the same attention we give to inspecting our vintage pieces), we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed:
- Refund method: The same as your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Timing: 5-10 business days after receiving and validating your return
Note: For card payments, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank, with the same variability as delivery times to different destinations.
Exchanges
For an exchange, please clearly indicate in your email the item you would like as a replacement (size, color, reference). We will process your request with the same attention we give to selecting a 1920s costume.
If the exchanged item has a different price:
- We will refund the difference if the new item is less expensive
- You will need to pay the difference if the new item is more expensive
Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or full refund, with the same generosity we put into selecting our vintage pieces.
